Signatures produced by eSeal qualify as Simple Electronic Signatures (SES) under eIDAS Regulation (EU) 910/2014. They are valid and admissible across all 27 EU member states.

eSeal is not a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP). For contracts requiring a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES), use a certified QTSP listed on the EU Trust List (EUTL).

Intended use

eSeal is designed for standard B2B commercial contracts: NDAs, statements of work, consultancy agreements, vendor contracts, and similar documents where no written form requirement or notarisation applies.

Not suitable for: real estate transactions, notarised documents, high-value financial instruments, employment contracts with statutory form requirements, wills, powers of attorney, or any document where a court challenge is anticipated.
